Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing the XI website, demo, or product, you agree to these Terms. If you are using XI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

XI provides AI-assisted customer support tooling: a frontline chat agent, an in-seat agent copilot, and a supervisor intelligence layer. Service availability and SLAs are governed by your separate enterprise agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use XI to (a) send unlawful or harassing content, (b) attempt to reverse engineer the service, (c) probe or circumvent security controls, or (d) generate content that violates third-party rights.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant XI a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your data processing agreement.

5. AI output

AI-generated suggestions are provided for human review. You remain responsible for the responses your agents send to your end-users. XI uses retrieval-augmented generation with citations to reduce hallucinations but does not guarantee accuracy.

6. Fees

Fees, billing cycles, and overage terms are defined in your order form. Unpaid amounts past 30 days may result in suspension.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, customer data is exported on request and deleted within 60 days.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" except as expressly stated in your enterprise agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XI's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless your enterprise agreement specifies otherwise.
